Our Approach

Skysharp operates two service-led divisions: Security and Cleaning. Both divisions are led by a highly experienced Executive Director with in-depth knowledge of both delivery and management of services. Our management support model provides the required level of expertise, knowledge, support and guidance to drive our on-site teams’ performance and service efficiency and enable the development of strong service relationships with our clients.

Our performance management systems allow for quick and coherent appraisals of our service delivery and are tailored to our clients’ reporting requirements whether electronic or paper based.

We have the ability to utilize the latest PDA devices to deliver electronic quality monitoring and a reliable management reporting process.

Our quality service is underpinned by our fully integrated management systems which encompass two of our national accreditations, ISO9001:2015 for Quality management, Chas & Safe for Health & Safety.

Skysharp Security is now a commercial enterprise but we continue to give significant financial support each year to the charity organizations like Great Ormond Street Hospital & British Red Cross.

Security officers undergo a full 10 year screening to BS7858 standards before commencing operational duties. In addition, we maintain an experienced team of reserve security officers to provide cover in an emergency and also to assist in new contracts where it is essential to have experience and stability from the outset. Our 24/7 control room staff and security officers are available from the word go, our promise is to make a security officers available for you within an hour of your call.

Skysharp Solutions train security officers continuously and effectively so that we provide a level of security for your premises or site that cannot be matched; we do this by ensuring that your assets are defended and that you receive the value and quality service you expect. All our security officers are CRB checked and are fully licensed by Security Industry Authority (SIA). As each site is different and unique with its own risk and hazards, Skysharp Solutionsperforms a site risk assessment to enable us to get a clearer understanding of what level of protection would be best suited for our clients needs

24/7 Control and Safety Monitoring for Construction Site Security

security officers are SIA trained, CSCS qualified for construction projects and have completed a First Aid course and have minimum level 2 Health and Safety qualifications. Skysharp sees safety as an integral feature in our work ethic, for construction sites we provide all our security officers with safety wear, this includes a hard hat, high visibility jacket, torches and safety boots. Skysharp Solutions 24-hour control room contacts the security officers every hour to ensure they are safe while on duty. Fundamentally we take Lone Working and Manual Handling very seriously and follow our own company guidelines as well as the legislative guidelines. In case of an emergency our control room operatives can liaise with the emergency services and alert our Mobile Patrol units.

All guards employment within the Company is subject to the satisfactory references and security screening in accordance with BS7858 and mobile patrol services to BS7499 standard

We are looking for cleaning operatives within the London and Essex areas.
Job Role:
  • Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, spray wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and re- polish floors using appropriate equipment.
  • Clean and remove stains of soft floor surfaces (carpets/matting) using the appropriate cleaning method.
  • Clean toilets and shower areas including the fixtures and fittings.
  • Clean, wash and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings and internal surfaces. Polishing furniture where appropriate.
  • Empty and clean internal litter bins and remove litter to the designated collection points.
