Skysharp operates two service-led divisions: Security and Cleaning. Both divisions are led by a highly experienced Executive Director with in-depth knowledge of both delivery and management of services. Our management support model provides the required level of expertise, knowledge, support and guidance to drive our on-site teams’ performance and service efficiency and enable the development of strong service relationships with our clients.

Our performance management systems allow for quick and coherent appraisals of our service delivery and are tailored to our clients’ reporting requirements whether electronic or paper based. We have the ability to utilize the latest PDA devices to deliver electronic quality monitoring and a reliable management reporting process.

Our quality service is underpinned by our fully integrated management systems which encompass two of our national accreditations, ISO9001:2008 for Quality management, Chas & Safe for Health & Safety.

Skysharp Security is now a commercial enterprise but we continue to give significant financial support each year to the charity organizations like Great Ormond Street Hospital & British Red Cross.
